I have been visiting NM medical Borivali since some months now. The co ordination with front desk staff was always a problem. In my last visit they sent me to a wrong radiologist, who didn't care to read my doctors file and prescribed test. In ths middle of the test she got confused and told me to visit some other in house radiologist. I was amazed. When I spoke to the front desk staff they started arguing and were not at all co operative. I was told to wait for the next radiologists appointment. I took morning appointment, so that I can show up the report to my gynech by the evening. Now I had to wait for the next appointment. What sort of expertise of radiologist and front desk co ordinate staff are we paying for?
Please avoid stepping into NM Borivali. Spend money at better diagnostic centers but not NM Borivali.
