Hi All, I have purchased Kelvinator AC last year July 24. After some time I put a request for repair on their helpline number ( for repair Reliance Company) Reliance company service in Ahmedabad City is very poor. After taking follow up on their help line the complaint was not attending for long time. Then I contacted dealer and told him to get the AC rectified or take the AC. It took for them to rectify the complaint long time. I wanted my free AC service to the attended and from last 4 days I am behind them and they are not doing it. Can anyone help in getting the AC service done in Ahmedabad. I request all not to buy Kelvinator AC as they are not providing service and dealer are making fool. Pls help me in lodging the complaint in consumer court. Personal who are handling customer care are off no use. Reliance Company for AC service very bad.
