My experience with the 2 palm tops bought has been horrible to say it politely. The first 1 was Palm III and the next Palm V. Both behave eratically and frequent data loss used to occur. Presently both are lying in my car garage.
I had written at least 20 mails half of these got automated idiotic replies and others asked me to call toll free nos. After wasting precious hours on toll free nos of 3 Com, I dialed the nos given on their web sites and was directed and redirected to various other nos. Finally the soluction given was to reload the software which I had done umpteen times already.
My suggestion : Dont buy as service is Horrible and 3 Com's attitude towards customers leaves much to be desired.
