Glen thought to be one of the good designs Chimney once but after I bought the service people never look back after installation ever after repeated request for free services in the guarantee period. after the guarantee period after searching for long time I found one service number in Hyderabad and called him. I took AMC for one year for cleaning and repairs.
In the first clean the servicing person spoiled the buttons of the chimney and to get the new buttons the guy left my house and never look back for 6 months, after repeated calls to him and after a threatening mail to company. The company gave me another number saying that the previous service center is no longer servicing as they took back the servicing authorization. My AMC was invalid then I fought again with the company directly and got the promised cleaning by the service people but the button still not working.
The best part is the buttons replacing will cost a new better brand chimney. The cost of the buttons for this is model is 85% cost of chimney and the rest I already paid as AMC for one year.
