I m using a 10 KVA UTL invertor since 2016 but now since more than 2 mths it is not working and positive responsive received from their side.
On the direction of their mechanic A Card of Rs. 12390/- have been purchased but their so called engineers r not having adequate knowledge and on their every visit they diagnose a new problem and demands a new assessory of this invertor.
When v purchased this invertor d cost was near 1 lac and after spending a handsome amout v r suferring since last 2 months.
They r not having good managing team and not good items. Hence, as far as my experience v should not purchase d UTL items as their service is more than wrorst.
They r not having value of their customer. During d whole process I have made contact with lot of their representative but nobody have d authority to reply on satisfactory mode.
I will never purchase any item of UTL and me se recommends UTL items to my closure one.
