Extremely disappointed with TATA PLY.
I am highly disappointed with the recent experience with TATA Ply.without prior intimation or customers consent they have changed customer monthly pack.This is completely unacceptable, especially when it affects the channels and services I regularly used.
when I reached out to customer support to understand the changes and seek assistance, the response was extremely poor.Not only were they unhelpful but the executive also disconnected the call midway-and to make matter worse, no one to bothered to call back.
This is not the kind of service I expect from a reputed provider.Changing packs without and approval and then offering no proper support is a serious breach of trust.
TATA PLAY needs to improve its customer service and respect its subscribers choices.
we haven't face any issue with TATA SKY, since 17 years of service.
