I am writing to report an unprofessional experience at Orchid Hospital involving Dr. Supriya Soy. Dr. Soy denied an operation even after the security deposit was paid.
Additionally, I hold an ICICI Lombard insurance policy, and the TPA facility has been very unsatisfactory. I was threatened with having to pay for services despite having my ICICI insurance card.
