I subscribed wifi+dth. My TV instalation delayed a by 1 week. However, since TV installed, I am following up to install DTH. Local technician stopped responding. I contacted customer care including escalation to mumbai nodal contact multiple time. But, no result. I asked to refund and disconnect wifi if Airtel cant install DTH. Two week past, neither DTH installed nor the service disconnected. Customer care and nodal office is very oblivious. Such a pethatic service provider.
