I am writing this review to share my personal experience with Centara facilities and services and to warn others.
in last December 2024, received a call about a holiday voucher and was invited to their office at Bhubaneswar Esplanade mall.During the meeting, the staff behaved in a very professional and convincing manner. They explained the holiday plans and additional benefit in details and gradually pressured me take their offer and they are fully trained people to cheat .
Based on their presentation and assurance I paid 1.10 lakhs using my credit card for a holiday voucher along with barbeque and beauty parlour vouchers.
only after taking the full amount they gave me a small voucher worth 2000 to create confidence, trust and make transaction look genuine.
Later when I tried to use holiday package, i faced delays, excuses and poor responses . they are not responding at all .I have valid payment proof and communication records.the incident resulted in serious financial loss and mental stress.Based on my experience, I strongly feel that customers are misled through attractive vouchers and sale tactics.
I request others to be extremely careful before trusting such offers or making high value payments.
They are fraud people to cheat innocent people.
Cons:- Misleading sale tactics, pressure selling and poor responce and financial loss.
