My 40" Sansui Smart LED with 3 yrs warranty, stopped working in the 11th month. As per the service center guy I dropped the TV at the service center. Now It is lying with them since then and they are still waiting for some part to arrive. Initially they promised me that My TV wont take more than 8 days to return but now every week they are giving new dates. Their Gurgaon Head office is also totally indifferent. thier Follow up on complaints is non existent. The corporate office Store heads -Pyaar Singh and Vinay Kejriwal behave as if they are doing a favour to us by listing to our complaint and never respond to my calls or msgs.
All in all pathetic coordination
Please avoid their brand if you want to have a good product with good service as there are much better companies available in the market.
