I've had a lifelong admiration for your brand, and my dream was to own a Bullet Standard. Unfortunately, my experience has turned into a nightmare. From day one, I've encountered multiple issues with my bike:
1) The headlight assembly(handi) was changed after several follow-up calls and emails.
2) The ABS Module was replaced due to malfunction.
3) The service centre, Brite Autowheels Pvt Ltd in Okhla, New Delhi, informed me that the throttle body of my bike was damaged on 4th October 2023. Shockingly, the service centre closed all complaints and alleged that I had tampered with the bike outside the Royal Enfield service centre, making it a paid part replacement costing approximately 10, 000/- INR.
I'd like to highlight that my bike is nearly 2 years old, and all maintenance and services have been exclusively carried out by Royal Enfield's authorized service centre. Even the bike insurance renewal was done through the Royal Enfield service centre team a few months ago.
Despite their request for me to review video proof of the bike's inspection, I have yet to receive any communication, either by phone or email.
Regrettably, while working on the bike, the service centre inadvertently damaged the part in question and then wrongly accused me of tampering outside their facility. To date, I've received no response from either the service centre or the Royal Enfield support team, with no calls or emails in return. At this point,
