We purchase Videocon refrigeration in june 2017.
After installation of refrigeration we found that DOOR IS NOT COMPLETELY CLOSED .
Due to this problem outside air getting inside & inside air getting outside .
So cooling of refrigerator is not working properly .
it consume more energy while cooling is on .
one more big problem is DRAIN WATER TANK CAPACITY IS VERY LITTLE .
When due to power off or other reason when refrigerator is off almost all melting water on floor.
Duarability of machine dont know its purchase early .
Style and design of machine is so shine .
from Service and support I am not happy coz still yet door open problem is unsolved .
