Pathetic experience. Review on Zebronics

Hi Guys, would like to give my reviews about Zebronics product. No doubt the product is good, however the services for this company is one of the pathetic services I've ever seen. They just work for 5 days a week and that too for just 5 hours(12pm-5.30pm). Saturday Sundays are off. Because most of the companies work on weekdays, so they only get the time to get the service on weekends like me. However they don't even open on Saturdays as well.

I gave 3 headphones to get it fixed and they took almost a week's time to rectify the same but out of 3 headphones, 1 is still not fixed. On top of it, the behavior and the way of talking of the service center staff is also pathetic like they are the boss of the company. So, I would like to say that a company can be good only when there after sale services are good.

Therefore, I won't recommend anybody to buy the Zebronics product if they cannot provide the services on time.
