Despite V-Guard as an reputed Indian listed company, their product and after sales service is really pathetic one. I had purchased a V-Guard Geyser and the product was a defective one. It was repaired by their service centre thrice and the untrained man of the company came and did some temporary work in it. I have requested the company to replace my Geyser or refund my amount to avoid the situation of legal proceedings which will spoil the reputation of the company.
