I am the Airtel Black Customer since last 2 years, Sofar the Customer service rendered by them was satisfactory but now perhaps they are outsourcing the technicians through some vendors.For small issues like cable cut , replacement outside the home etc takes a long time and staff who designated donot respond quickly and says with ready answer we r outside.The Customer can not wait for 2 to 3 days for their service fault and the bill for dth or internet counts for every day whether it is in usage or not.If one person goes out on work another person should be authorized to attend the work.
