My godrej AC became faulty in just 1.5 years and started showing 9F error. Called the cust support and raised a ticket. after many days follow-up a technician showed up who said some motor is faulty and that cost around 7K. He removed the faulty part and took it away saying he will order new parts. Its been several days now and no response from the technician. each time I call he gives false commitment saying someone will come today and fix and till now nobody came. he simply resolves the ticket saying issue is fixed. Tried calling their useless so called customer support number, they keep saying some excuse and create new tickets every other day!. such pathetic and irresponsible behaviour.
Never go for godrej AC, it becomes faulty in less than 2 years. Opt for voltas or samsung
