This was our first time with Banerjee Special Tour Operator. We went to Bombay-Goa along with them. We had such an horrible experience we wont be able to write in proper words. The hotels that they made us stay in were so such cheap hotels where staying with family is almost impossible. The rooms had rats, cockroaches, ants and other insects. The managers were the worst in business, they were rude and least helpful. Absolutely oblivious to our basic needs. They serve food in the most unhygienic and dirty way. Even they made us walk from stations to nearby hotels in two cases. The worst case was when travelling from Goa to Mumbai, where they had committed Konkan Express and made us travel sleeper class in one of the cheap train. There were too many horrible and miserable experiences during the trip which will haunt us for a prolonged period. This was our first and last time with them.
