NEVER GIVE AN ADVANCE.
The interior designer came home in March second week. I have waited for over 3 months now to get my designs, which is a desk job to put together, and there is no excuse even under COVID lockdown to make the designs.
Till date no progress.
Even before any designs were showed to me, I was falsely made to make an advance payment under the garb of locking-in some offer. Now, despite multiple reminders, refund of my advance is still outstanding.
Don't trust them at all.
DOCUMENT EVERYTHING ON EMAILS. THESE PEOPLE LIE AS WELL. LUCKY ME THAT I COMMUNICATED EVERYTIME ON EMAILS.
