At the time of renewing with a new course, one of their executives, Miss Gunjan Khandelwal, called me with a proposal and later also sent me texts in confirmation of the same on WhatsApp, promising 60 practice classes against the full payment of a certain amount. I paid the amount accordingly. But now, planetSpark is refusing to give me 60 practice classes. Instead, they insist on 40 practical classes in an utter breach of promise. Miss Khandelwal now does not receive my phone calls, nor is there any option to talk to any of their executives over the phone. I placed call-back requests two or three times, but without any result. Since none of the classes have been attended yet, I want to cancel the new course (because you promised something and offered something else) and want the entire amount back. They blocked my account on Facebook because I raised the issue there, too. Now, this would tell you how they are going to gag you if you want to raise your voice against their spurious practices.
