nobroker is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
We recently booked movers and packers through NoBroker.com and were connected to Sanjay Gupta(owner) and his supervisor, Pawan. Unfortunately, this turned out to be one of the most unprofessional and disappointing experiences we've had.
Several valuable items were damaged due to poor handling including our LED TV, washing machine(broken from the top), and many kitchen articles. Over 5 kg of edible oil and multiple sauce bottles were spilled and wasted. The cartons provided were already damp and flimsy, making them completely unsuitable for packing.
To make matters worse, the team had no clue how to properly place the furniture and cartons in the new house. The supervisor, Pawan, was not present on-site and was trying to coordinate remotely leading to complete mismanagement. The labourers were frustrated, some of them wasting time chatting, and even complained to us about being denied basic breaks for food or tea.
This level of negligence, lack of professionalism, and poor coordination is unacceptable. I would not recommend this service to anyone expecting care, responsibility, or efficiency during their move.
