Never Buy extended warranty from this company they are scammers. I bought a warranty for my robot vaccum cleaner.
But when there was issue with the vaccum cleaner and I raised a request in August. The technician came to my home and inspected the robot vaccum cleaner. After inspecting they said they will replace it.
They informed us they have ordered the vaccum cleaner in Amazon and we will receive it by 20th September. But when 20th September came they said it will be delivered on 10th October.
I waited and when I reached out on 8th October they said it is out for delivery. But I did not receive it. And said I will relieve it on 10th. But again on 10th October as usual the robot vaccum cleaner is not delivered. When I reached out they said Amazon cancelled the order and they need to reorder. From that day till now they have not placed the order. If I call they dont give any information and says relevant team will contact.
The are scammers. I am taking them to consumer court. That is the only language they understand.
