Onsitego is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
OnsiteGo is more like a Courier Company. Their people only pickup/deliver devices from you to 3rd party customer care and hence it takes 5-10 days for any repair.
I purchased a Laptop in Bangalore and I was sold their extended warrantee support plan, now I have moved to Udaipur(Rajasthan) and they say that they cannot provide support here.
They will need to send my laptop to Jaipur for service(which will take 5-10 days minimum). If I persisted that I cannot send my laptop for that long time, they must get my laptop repaired with some local vendor here. Now they start finding some faults on system and due to that they will not be able to get my system repaired.
Finally I can say that My money is wasted in taking service with them, and by dealing with their customer support, I have realized that they are just a delivery partner with 3rd party service centers.
