.I was denied chk in 2hrs ago....this is ridiculous as they say hotel sold out and you speak to your agent. now u see I did this 6MONTHS ago...knowing that all hotels will get booked a big yatra by Iskcon. now I'm stranded...all hotels like wingston etc close by here full i chkd again..called your helpline and no solution since over 1hr they said will give refund...I will not settle for refund only ...but demand 3times that amount as refund for the inconvenience caused and now that I will have to stay at vrindavan and commute daily by cab to govardhan!!
if my demand not meet I will surely pursue this with consumer forum and court.
