nykaa is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
Had ordered a paid combo of Spa essence shampoo, conditioner, mask on Nykaa app. It was to be delivered on 3rd October, since then everyday I get a message in the morning from their delivery partner Shadowfax delivery, it will be delivered by end of day and nobody comes. When I tried calling rider, he doesn't pick. I contacted customer care, there's is unsatisfactory response. No one calls from customer care. Its very bad experience, specially when you have already paid for your products.
