I wanted to go for end to end home interior service with nobroker even after watching numerous bad reviews. Reason being their competitive pricing and quality display at experience center. My first meeting was with design consultant Edwin. After an hour of discussion I was like literally shouting on them, he had no clue of what he was saying. He said we offer 15 yrs warranty on all ply and then when I asked him to show this in their terms and condition, it was then found that it was just 5 yrs. He then started giving multiple excuses and arguing with me. Dimensions in the quote were also faulty and he also was not bothered to explain the the pros and cons of various ply, rather suggested me to go for normal MR ply in kitchen which is absolute not suggested. I then walked out and checked with one of my friend who had gone with them for hone interior. He strictky asked me not to go with nobroker as they hire some unskilled carpenters whose quality of work is not up to the mark.
