I was traveling from Salem to Chennai, and my boarding point was mentioned as New Bus Stand in Salem. However, the bus driver called me and said there was no boarding point at New Bus Stand, and I should instead go to Konadalam Patti Bypass. When I tried to contact MakeMyTrip customer care, I was unable to speak to a live executive as there was no option to talk to customer care.
