Very Disappointing Experience. Total Money Waste. Review on CARS24

I had a very poor experience with Cars24. They charged me extra for the Pro Seller plan claiming it would help with a Pan India auction and fetch a better price, but it was a total waste. The valuation they initially quoted was extremely low, too lower that their competitor, and after some back and forth, they suddenly said they could offer 20, 000 more clearly inconsistent and unreliable.

There were no proper follow-ups, no updates on bids or pricing in the app, and the whole process felt unprofessional. The 5 percent extra value fee they charged brought absolutely no benefit. Would not recommend Cars24 to anyone looking for a fair and transparent car-selling experience.

For some reason cant rate less than 3 stars.
