I purchased Dr Aquaguard Classic + model an year ago and it has been a nightmare since then. The sales guy had blatantly lied and was very unethical. He had mentioned that there will be Zero maintenance charges and once in every 2-3 years based on the usage, we might have to change the filters worth Rs 1000.
However I ran into the so called sensor problem and I have changed it twice in the last one year at a cost of 800 each time. Total of ₹ 1600 so far. Though I was in the warranty period, I was told that sensor problems are not covered in the warranty and I had to pay to get it fixed.
I tried complaining about this to the highest levels in their company, but it was of no use. Please don't ever invest your hard earned money in this third class product. Don't ever buy this product.
