Airconditioner Service. Review on OneAssist

I had opted for a Airconditioner service location Bangalore, their technician Mohammad Ataullah (701914xxxx) charged me a bomb (Rs 4800) break-up of it follows AC gas refill Rs 2000 and Rs 2800 for a component to be replaced (gas pipe). The Airconditioner worked only for a day and very next day it stopped. So I called him on the above mentioned number and stayed will visit tomorrow and resolve the issue. That tomorrow has passed by and now he is not responding. So escalated this to one Assist to their CS (Pratiksha) and was told the issue will be resolved on priority days have passed and no resolution till date. Most of these services based are money leeches and their technician are trained by them to act accordingly. Hopeless service providers..it's always better to reach out to urban clap or other premium service providers or brands directly
