ixigo is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I had a very unpleasant experience with ixigo. I booked tickets for two passengers for one journey (₹15, 000) and three passengers for the return journey (₹27, 000), paying a total of ₹42, 000. Unfortunately, I had to cancel both bookings, and to my shock, ixigo refunded only ₹3, 000 for one side and ₹8, 000 for the return a total of ₹11, 000.
That means I lost around ₹31, 000 even after cancelling within the expected time frame. It feels extremely unfair that a company can keep such a huge amount, leaving customers at a complete loss while they still profit.
Ive tried reaching their support, but the issue hasnt been resolved yet. Im extremely disappointed and hope ixigo will review my case and refund the remaining balance. Im open to discussing this directly if someone from ixigos customer relations team can contact me.
