I had not read the reviews before booking a vehicle, I'm one of the victims as others had their worst experience, I recently booked a vehicle from Bangalore to Vadodara, while accepting the booking they assured that the bike wouldn't be damaged and will be delivered within 5-6 days, their staff one Pradeep Chaudhary at Bangalore branch is a person of no worth he calls hundred times before getting the booking, after that he is not responsive giving false commitment, the bike was damaged and when contacted they direct us to contact their claim department, service is pathetic. Do not approach them for any kind of transport services, their charges are also too hefty compared to other carriers.
