After a lot of market research I gave my interior work to Homelane in 2021 Feb . My flat was delivered for interiors by builder in march 2021 . With all the Covid chaos, starting of the work was delayed for 3-4 months and homelane was deligent enough to provide me with updates . I had already paid 20% in advance to them and signed off on design by this time . We got one of the experienced designer(Anju Jaiswal) and we were very pleased intially with her attention to detail and our requirement . We had a lot of suggestions and expections as this was our first home in Hyderabad . Our designer and our onsite Manager(Aman Khan), both were very active in resolving it .
Once our home was delivered(Mid Sept 2021, way past the original deadline), we found the cracks and air pockets in all our cupboards . Few of these airpockets also showed up during installation phase and were replaced once, however, after 2 months from handover we started noticing airpockets in all the Wardrobs(almado and hinged both). We called Homelane's project manger Shubham atleast 50 times, before he changed all the cupboards as per Homelane's warrenty in Dec end 2021. While changing the ply in cubboards, workers scratched our walls at multiple place, not just minor ones but some big visible ones. We paid for painting also via Homelane so asked them multiple time to atlease fix the walls but sadly no reply . It's overall more than a year, my new house looks like a old one with all the scratches in the wall. Got no answer from Homelane or Apka Painter(Partner Vendor), even after paying 15 Lacs+ for interiors and paint.
Overall it's been a chaotic ride for 1.5 years with Homelane and still things are open . I have lost trust in their quality . I had given two projects one on Hyderabad and other in Banglore and have got low quality and almost zero support in both places . Also, they billed for fan installation but told us they haven't, after showing the invoice also we haven't got any thing.
