Had i read their reviews here or in trustpilot https://trustpilot.com/review/thesleepcompany.in instead of just seeing Google reviews I would NOT HAVE BOUGHT their product and I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.
The coimbatore manager Mr Vignesh, has stopped responding to my calls and doesnt call back, after realising his product doesnt work as advertised.
Their recliner feature, when operated, lifts the headboard and its frame off the ground. You will then have to MANUALLY bring the frame and mattress back in place, and this is AS PER THEIR TECHNICIAN Mr Gokul
I am waiting for a replacement or refund and if not I will post all the videos of their Faulty recliner function I shot and also file with the consumer court
