CountryHolidays is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.

I had a very disappointing experience with CHT. From day one, I found their service to be lacking. Despite my countless follow-ups about my EMI tax refund, I still haven't received my money. It feels like their commitments are nothing but empty promises. I would not recommend this company based on my experience


I would like to ask Vishal Roy, the Managing Director for an explanation. Why is there such a delay in processing refunds? I hope to hear from you soon.
