PlanetSpark is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
Deeply disappointed with the way PlanetSpark handled our recent interaction regarding their course offerings.
During a Google Meet session, my wife and I were pressured to make an immediate enrolment decision. When we politely asked for some time to consider, their representative made an utterly unacceptable and offensive remark:
"You cannot afford our course, so you are making excuses."
This was not only completely untrue but also highly disrespectful and unprofessional. Such behaviour reflects poorly on an organization that claims to be in the business of education and personal growth. Instead of respecting a potential clients right to think through a significant financial and educational commitment, we were subjected to a high-pressure sales tactic and an insulting comment.
This kind of approach is neither ethical nor acceptable from any service provider, let alone an education company. I sincerely hope PlanetSpark reviews its sales practices and trains its staff to engage with prospective clients in a more respectful and professional manner.
Until then, I cannot recommend them to anyone looking for a positive and respectful learning environment.
