I had a deeply frustrating and unprofessional experience with NoBroker. After paying ₹37, 001 for a service package that included e-Khata and tax name change, I waited over 8 months with no results. The legal team kept changing, and I was asked to pay an additional ₹12, 000 as incidental charges — all without any real progress.
Despite escalating the issue, including emails to the founders, there was no proper response. Eventually, a partial refund was issued, but ₹4, 000 was unfairly deducted — even though the service was never completed.
To add perspective: I was able to get the same e-Khata work done by another broker within 30 days.
This experience has been a major loss of time, money, and trust. I hope others exercise caution before relying on such services.
