NoBroker - A good experience. Review on Nobroker

One thing you can be sure, if you opt for premium services like the Money Back Plan, do review all terms thoroughly. Recently I opted for their Super Money Back Plan paying ₹;9999+ taxes for renting out my apartment in Mumbai. Here are the features listed as per their website.

Firstly, the RM assigned to me was more responsive than I expected. Around 10+ people visited the apartment. One of the most promising conditions of the plan is the MONEY BACK if I get a tenant through other means offer whereinI need to submit the registered rental agreement.

As expected, NoBroker rented out the property. I feel this could be attributed to the RM's approach, which I thought, he was being proactive.

Another important aspect was phone number privacy. I did receive calls from people claiming to have my number via the RM. While this was unexpected, I asked them to coordinate directly with the RM.

An Agent A in Mumbai saw the Ad( we know them for long) which I put in and contacted me and the deal was done with the first tenant who saw the apartment. I contacted the day the agent called me to finalyse and communicated through App to RM whether they have any plans to close one of the tenant who wanted to close the deal, but wanted lot of changes in the apartment, which the servicing team did diligently in a very little period of time.

The deal agent A was finalysed and advance given to me. Immediately I contacted the RM, & through App shared that apartment is rented out and asked them to refund the money which I paid as per their Guaranteed Money Back. She asked me to share the registered rental agreement which was shared at the end of 1st week RM came back saying my claim is approved. But there was little hiccup in between. I had an issue with the format of the rental agreement which I had got it registered 3 years before. But the team was understanding and they later approved my refund claim and I got the amount.

So NoBroker offers attractive features and marketing, there are areas where improvements in customer handling and resolution timelines would make the experience much better. That said, I will 100% recommend their services to anyone who wants to buy, They will not disappoint you.
