Seems whenever they are exhausted with funds they harass their ex customers.


they are worst, I had stopped subsciption 3 months ago, and they are still expecting me to pay rent, I believe whenever they are short of funds they message their ex customers and try to fool themI wish I could give zero rating, I had stopped my subscription from 29th feb as I was moving to another place,


they had sent me calculation sheet wherein they hd mentioned, since the subscription was for a year and due to early cancellation security of 1316 wont be refunded and on top I will have to give 392 rs, which was fair enough and I paid the same by google pay, after sending them payment link .


Girl named sumaiya told me the stuff will be picked up in the morning as I had a flight the same day but they literally made me wait from 9am to 5pm, and that too after calling, mailing, messaging, writing review on non respondiing staff .


After the pick up guy came, he told me he forgot to bring paper .


It took another hour to sort that out.


Now after giving up their subsciption paying them, the same girl named Sumaiya mailed me on 10th march stating My payment is due and she had no clue on end of subscription after I had sent her all the mail forwards of payment proof, end of subscription mail and mail which stated they are cancelling my ECS.


she told me she will have o check .


after checking she apologized and told me everything is sorted and there was some confusion .


Now again after almost 3 months the same girl Sumaiya, sending me the same mails .


I really don't believe how can the same person get confused multiple times, and now also she has not confirmed and neither replying to any mails which I have sent as a proof like I have been sending .


Ifyou people dont stop bothering me after taking payments and your stuff I will defintly have to take action.


Please give proper training to your staff to handle their present and ex customers as both the phases I have been troubled .
