I had an overall disappointing and frustrating experience with the house shifting service. One of the major issues was the shifting of my steel almirah. Your team attempted to move it for a few minutes and then gave up, stating that it could not be shifted due to its size. They even ended up damaging the almirah in the process. I was left in a highly stressful situation with no immediate place to keep it, until a kind neighbor offered to temporarily store it in his house on the ground floor.


Today, I had to hire external help to get the almirah shifted, and they managed to complete the task in just 1520 minutes using the staircaseproving that it was definitely possible. However, this led to an additional, avoidable expense of due to the urgency and awareness of my situation. I request the NoBroker team to refund this amount, as it was incurred entirely due to the failure of your service.


Additionally, two of the laborers who arrived for the shifting appeared to be intoxicated, which was highly unprofessional and uncomfortable for my family. While the driver and supervisor were courteous and helpful, the other four team members were not up to the mark.


I also contacted your helpdesk regarding these concerns. Although they acknowledged the issue and promised to get back within 24 hours, it has now been over two weeks with no response or resolution. This lack of accountability is unacceptable.


Due to this experience, I am seriously considering raising the matter with the consumer court. I will also not be availing your services in the future, nor recommending them to any of my family or friends.
