I bought a mobile insurance plan from here but when I need to repair my mobile, company asked that mobile is not repairable and I need to pay 70% of invoice value then company probide me new or refurnished mobile else a single pai cannot be refunded.

I asked to company that 30% of invoice value refund me I purchase another mobile elsewhere but company forced to take mobile from them.

Now I a going to file this case to consumer forum

I suggest that dont buy this company insurance plan never.
