EaseMyTrip_Care is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.

Tried to book a ticket, they charged my credit card but no confirmation or ticket sent. On calling they can't find my booking and are not helpful. Now I have a 35K charge and no ticket.
