Very unfortunate, Eureka has designed it badly & end customer like me is suffering since most of the time tap handle gets cut ..., & that’s is it you need to wait for Eureka forbes service guy to come n replace it since it is not simple .., will be mercy of service guy .., and that too now it’s lock down period we are getting reasons from Eureka service guy stating Eureka office is closed & that type of tap is available only in Eureka .., too much taxing ..... EUREKA
One more feed back, is SENSA SMP plus thou it is covered there is an issue of small cockroaches gets inside the tank n fall into water ... u know it is very ............
