ixigo is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I have booked a flight ticket from Bengaluru to Cleveland for 18th September, 2025 on 21st July, 2025. Later on booked a round trip on 22nd July, 2025 to and fro between Bengaluru and Cleveland for 18th September and 15th December 2025 respectively. When I requested for cancellation with full refund on 23rd July to Ixigo customer service desk, they are being inconsiderate and charging the total cancellation charge of Rs.16026.I am highly disappointed with the service. Even though my round trip is booked within couple of days in the same website, they are inhumanely charging usual cancellation charges despite several requests.
