I was very much convinced with the 1 hour online class by byju's. Truly convinced how it will be conducted. But all the convincing process went in vain. After all the documentation process I had to literally wait for approximately a month to get my product and when I received it , it was just the sd card and not along with the tab. Plus the follow ups also created havoc for me. Being a learning institute for me they played with my son's educational program. For me they played with his future. Till date also I m waiting for their program to start for my kid, don't know how long will they harass us the same way. Hope no other parent face this issue. All their promises are false.
