I had cancelled my subscription within the 15 Day Trial period. But the Byju's Team has still not cancelled my subscription. I refused to send back the products unless my money was refunded. They offered me a deal to close the issue. Pay Rs.5000 more and keep the products(Tab & books).
Now my EMI was deducted from my account 13 days post my EMI deduction date. And the sales team is not responding to my messages or phone calls.
Now if I don't pay the EMI, my CIBIL score would be affected. And If I send back the products, my money would also be stuck with these scammers.
The mail trails have crossed 18 mails now. And still the issue is unresolved.
