I applied for aegon term insurance for life cover for me. Before applying the customer care service was very prompt. they answered my queries instantly.


After applying the policy they are not at all answering my queries. Poor customer care response, Now I doubt them how they are going to settle any claims if the response itself very poor.


Inspite of following up many times they r not responding.
