One of their executive came to our house to explain about the product and told us that we can try for 15 days and if we don't like we will get 100% refund.
We wanted to try but was not sure if my son will use it. The Mr.M Rupak gave us so much confidence that if he don't use it, their refund process is so easy and perfect that we will get all our money back. So we took it on a personal loan from Bajaj finance.
Now my son wasn't using it so we asked to cancel within 15 days. They asked us to send it back via courier. it's charges were 3000 since the product weigh too much and I had to send it all the way to Bangalore from Hyderabad. I called two times to confirm if they will give me the courier charges. All the time they confirmed that they will. I even have mail saying the same. Now at the time of refund, they insulted me saying that I can do whatever I want but the courier charges are not going to be refunded completely. Also they are not ready to cooperate with bajaj finance loan closure. And I have been charged approximately 5000.. so at the end I haven't got anything plus the loss of 6000.
Please do not buy this and encourage such cheaters.
The 15 the day when I wanted to cancel my product, the guy who sold us is not receiving the call or not answering the messages. Totally proven fraud...
