Buy the product only if you are willing to live through with the POOR after sale support. Extremely bad customer care. Recently relocated fro Hyderabad to Delhi. Got my address updated. Applied for AMC and now struggling for msny days. Apparently despite receiving full aishwaryasingh23ment company cannot convince their local agent to attent complaint as AMC has been sent to Hyderabad after address change!!!! As per company, it will take time to send online AMC from Hyderabad to Delhi, which is outright funny. Toll free number 1860 266 1177 is not reachable through prepaid mobiles
Only option is to write email to deepa.customercare@eurrkaforbes.com. Ability of customer care and their escalation anu@eurekaforbes.co.in is pretty limited and you will not get next level mAnasultangement support. Overall buy only if you are OK with poor sale support.
