MakeMyTrip is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.

I emailed MakeMyTrip on 30th April regarding an issue, but even after 3 days, I havent received any resolution. Such delay and lack of communication is highly unprofessional and disappointing. Very poor customer service experience.
