Spinny is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
My experience with Spinny has been frustrating and disappointing. I listed my 2010 Dezire Vxi CNG car, which is in excellent condition, fully insured, with IDV of Rs. 2lakhs with a valid pollution certificate and a sealed engine. I was informed that an evaluator would come for an inspection, which was expected to take about 50 minutes.
While the evaluator arrived on time, But he took over three hours to inspect. After the evaluation, the evaluator praised my car's condition, stating that he had never seen a model in such good shape and assured me that I would receive a higher price from Spinny. However, I was highly surprized & shocked when the final price quoted by Spinny was only ₹17, 000. This was particularly surprising considering the scrap value of the car is around ₹50, 000.
Additionally, I found Spinny's persistent calls urging me to accept their quoted price quite unprofessional. In contrast, I listed the same car with Cars24, where the inspection took less than half an hour, and they quoted ₹71, 662.
Based on my experience, I would never recommend Spinny. It seems that they prioritize advertising over genuine service, leading to a significant waste of time and potentially lost money. I suggest exploring other options for a more reliable and efficient process.
